I actually stopped by your competition downstairs but noone was there. I made my way up to Mobile Care and found Omarian. He greeted me with a smile and a welcome. He asked what my problem was and I explained I probably had a little pocket lint in my charging port. He explained the price upfront and preceded to fix my phone. In the short 5 min it took him, we had a great conversation. Thanks for having aknowledgeable and respectful young man working for you. It very refreshing and he deserves a bonus or raise for sure. We have to maintain great employees! Thanks again, my problem is solved

Don't waste your time going to a kiosk or another store. Mobile Care in Carolina Place Mall - Fabio! This guy is the real deal! He knows what he is doing! He is sharp. He does a great job and is personable. He replaced two screen protectors which were poorly installed by Cellaxs, a kiosk in the same mall. I didn't know about Mobile Care when I stopped by the conveniently-located kiosk. After having so much trouble I was determined to find a more professional store to handle one of the most expensive pieces of equipment I personally own. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend!

They helped me get exactly what I needed without any pressure, and the entire process was quick and hassle-free. The customer service was outstanding, and they made sure everything was set up and working perfectly before I left. Went in for a battery replacement on an XR. Saad was able to help me out. I unfortunately got a cheap screen replacement a couple years ago, and the old screen wouldn’t interact with the new battery. Saad was extremely respectful in explaining why it wouldn’t work. He ended up replacing both at my approval. I left with a new screen and battery, and feel like I have a whole new phone. The prices were extremely competitive. I highly recommend if you’re looking for repair to come here.

Omar was very welcoming and helpful with our repair. We initially thought we were going to spend more due to the multiple issues with the phone but after his diagnostics, he was very transparent with us by letting us know that the only issue with the phone was the charging port falling out of place due to the phone falling. We appreciate his honesty for making us spend way less and not taking advantage of our fears.10/10 would recommend ✅

They have a great selection of quality accessories at fair prices, and the customer service was excellent. This location was very efficient. I was barely able to use my keyboard and even thought no one would be able to fix my phone. Hamza communicated clearly and effectively to assure he could repair my lagging phone issue. He even waited for me to return to pick up my iPhone. Come to the mobile CARE booth at Lynnhaven for quick (10minute) phone repairs, great prices and service!

Absolutely great service. Came in thinking my charging port was broken, and they could have charged me the full price to replace it and I wouldn't have thought twice about it. Raj looked the phone over and told it, the port was good and the only reason it wasn't charging is because it needed a good cleaning! Phone is working like new again! Thank you for the honesty!

Adil was very honest and helpful with my phone issue. I was able to ask questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Great turn around time and very responsive. Joshua Has been extremely professional and helpful with helping replace my phone lens protector. He even offered to clean and wipe down my phone but I declined because my phone case needed to be clean as well so there was no point. Overall great experience, Joshua is my go-to if I need a phone case or replacing screen protectors.

My phone was in desperate need of repair. He was very thorough and checked. How bad off my battery was got it done within A half hour. It was a lot of work because of how broke the glass was and he even disc some stuff for me. Really appreciate the hard work will definitely come back if it ever happens again.

Dropped my iPhone XS in water, screen crapped out. Went to Carolina Place for some glasses and walked by Mobile Care. The pricing is excellent, the customer service is excellent and the technical competence was great. They have a lot great deals. Bring cash if you can. Thank you!!

Omarion did an amazing job. He greeted me right away as I entered the store. Well spoken young man. He diagnosed the issue and provided me with a solution within minutes. He was finished before I finished shopping and it was only 20 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!! World class young man!
